Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [6-10 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States of America.
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider. However, we are here to help—please contact us at sales@iasdesigns.ca if you experience any unusual delays.
